Why this trip

Cabo is where the desert runs into the sea and stops abruptly, in a pile of granite arches and sea stacks at the very tip of the Baja peninsula. It is a short flight from the western United States, it is all-inclusive, and it packs a surprising amount of adventure into a week that still feels like a holiday — a pirate ship, a zip-line, a parasail over the bay, and a climb up Mount Solmar to look down on two beaches at once.

Who it suits

Western US companies wanting maximum reward for minimum travel time.

Good for groups where a full week away is difficult, since the itinerary compresses to four or five nights without losing its shape. Strong for a social, drinks-and-sunshine group. Light on culture — if your team wants to come home having learned something, look at Cancún or Peru instead.

Mike's take on Cabo San Lucas

Cabo is the shortest, simplest premium week we offer — a couple of hours in the air and you are somewhere that looks nothing like home. It works particularly well as a four- or five-night format when you cannot spare a full week, and the scenery at Land's End does a lot of heavy lifting in the photographs your reps will post. Reliable from November through July, and genuinely fine year-round.
