• Usage information. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare trip options and pricing.
• To plan and run contracted trips, including making bookings with hotels, transport, and activity providers.
• To operate and improve this website.
• To send information you've asked for. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

We share traveler information only with the suppliers who need it to deliver your trip — hotels, transport, and activity providers — and with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email). Each receives only what it needs. We disclose information if the law requires it.

International trips

Our trips take place around the world, so traveler information is sent to suppliers in the destination country. We send only what the booking requires.

Keeping it and keeping it safe

We keep inquiry and trip records as long as needed to run trips and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We protect the information we hold with access controls and reputable providers, though no method is perfectly secure.

Your choices
