Contract this tripWhy this trip
Sometimes the right answer is to put the whole company on a ship. A cruise is the most cost-predictable reward available: the fare covers the room, the food and the entertainment, and nobody needs to think about a single logistic for a week. Your group sails the Caribbean and Bahamas, Alaska's glaciers and fjords, or the Mediterranean and northern Europe — with Tripio handling the group booking, the dining arrangements and the shore plans.

Who it suits
Very large qualifier classes, companies rewarding a whole sales floor, and organisations that need tight cost predictability.
Also the strongest option for multi-generational groups, since a ship gives everyone something to do. Less suited to a top-tier president's club, where the reward needs to feel exclusive — a cruise rarely does.
Mike's take on Tripio at Sea — Group cruises
A cruise is the lowest cost per head for a very large qualifier class, and the most predictable week you can plan. Be honest with your group about the exclusions, though: between drinks, shore excursions, Wi-Fi and gratuities, the real spend per attendee lands well above the fare. Handled with that clarity up front, it is an excellent way to reward a whole sales floor rather than only the top ten.
